Mission Statement
The mission of CMS library is to teach the necessary information literacy skills that enable students to achieve academic and personal success.​ We strive to inspire students to seek knowledge, to foster an appreciation for literature, and to teach the power and responsibilities of every individual's right to freedom of expression. Our highest priority and proudest achievement is providing a welcoming, safe, tolerant, and comfortable space for the whole school community.

Goals:
  • Teach information literacy skills that will enable students to find reliable sources.
  • Inspire students to read.
  • Promote and protect the constitutional right to freedom of expression.
  • Provide the most current print and digital research resources.
  • Model and encourage empathy, mindfulness, and social responsibility. 
  • Provide an environment that nurtures curiosity, imagination, and collaboration.
